Commuters will be glad to know that work is to be done on parking facilities at Athy Railway Station this year. It is anticipated that Athy station car park will be extended mid-2008. When this extension is completed customers will be directed to use it while works are taking place on the current car parking facilities. It is hoped that customers will not be inconvenienced throughout these works. Notices should appear in the local papers prior to this work.
