Athy women certainly mean business with the development of a Women in Business group which meets monthly. Athy WIB was started in September 2008 by two local business owners - Mary Minahan and Tracy Tierney.
Their aim is to provide an informal network meeting each month for new or existing business in Athy, which are run by women.
