All are welcome to a Public Meeting in in the Clanard Court Hotel on Wed night to discuss the burning road issue in relation to Athy. The meeting is being organised by the IFA with Tom Parlon as guest. This is a great opportunity for those affected by the traffic problems of the town to vent, suggest, become active or commiserate. The organisers are at pains to emphasise that while progress is now being concentrated on a Southern Distributor road and more long term on a Northern route that finance has not been secured for either and a combined and united voice would make delivery more likely.
