Holistic Process and Practice

A unique, colourful way of working with movement. All ages and abilities

10 week course.
Wednesdays 7.30 to 9.00pm.
Church of Ireland Centre, Carlow Road, Athy, Co Kildare
Starting on 23rd September and finishing on 2nd December
(no class on 4th Nov for Halloween break)
Cost per evening: €10


What Happens
We explore gentle, yoga based, organic movement, mindfullness and creativity that arises naturally from within.
In a safe space, with like-minded people you can let go, relax, move and play.
Explore subtle energies, the chakras and colour therapy.
Discover more about who you are through therapeutic colour, music, sound and movement.

About the Facilitator
Mary Lys is an experienced & skilled DTR facilitator for many years, and a graduate of the Dancing the Rainbow training school, which is accredited by the British Complimentary Medicine Association.
